I admit, I have a strange and twisted sense of humor and this is something I have to have.

Ring around my necklace
As I was shopping for a really great belt on urban outfitters website, I found this necklace and had to have it too. I love necklaces with multiple strands. It looks like you have multiple necklaces on without the work of having to choose what necklaces to wear with eachother. I love the stone and I love the setting. It looks had made. I never want to take this one off!!

What is your card?
So I found this site where it will determine what tarot card you are. I love stuff like this and I am such a sucker for it. Look at some of the options to the questions it will ask you. Its soooo funny!!! This is what mine is right now. What is yours?

You are The Moon
Hope, expectation, Bright promises.
The Moon is a card of magic and mystery – when prominent you know that nothing is as it seems, particularly when it concerns relationships. All logic is thrown out the window.
The Moon is all about visions and illusions, madness, genius and poetry. This is a card that has to do with sleep, and so with both dreams and nightmares. It is a scary card in that it warns that there might be hidden enemies, tricks and falsehoods. But it should also be remembered that this is a card of great creativity, of powerful magic, primal feelings and intuition. You may be going through a time of emotional and mental trial; if you have any past mental problems, you must be vigilant in taking your medication but avoid drugs or alcohol, as abuse of either will cause them irreparable damage. This time however, can also result in great creativity, psychic powers, visions and insight. You can and should trust your intuition.

Muffins
So, after a yo-yo of waistlines, I have decided to get my but back in gear. I am going to do my best to cut out dairy and meat and stick to being vegan. I did feel better and I probably looked better. I used to go to the gym a few times a week and then bronchitis struck and it was too easy to just not go. I’ve noticed a few pounds creep in and a few more dimples joined my thighs. ~sigh~ I am going to get back to the gym as well.
So to celebrate my realization to better my health… I made brownies. Not just any brownies, but the good kind with chocolate chips and a deep rich chocolate flavor. Hey, I needed to get all that junk food out of my kitchen anyways.
So my goal is not to hit a certain weight or drop a certain number of pounds but just to simply wear a pair of jeans and cute t-shirt with NO muffin top. Thats it.
Here I go….
Help…..
Please….
Anyone got a candy bar?

New find
I love Anthropologie and try to limit my trips because I cant afford to spend my lifes earnings there, but I will treat myself once in a while. I just picked up this sweater. I thought I could wear it to look very feminine or open it up and funkify it.
New kicks!
I subscribe to this wonderful blog The Vintage Society and she had this post a just a bit ago where I fell head over heels for her shoes and immediately bought them.
Loves it!!
I have them on now with a dress I picked up at Target of all places. Super cute, i will post a pic later.

To blog or not to blog?
I have done it. I thought about it for a few days and I have to get a blog out there.
I choose the name vidalia because it sounded better than “onion.” Why onion? Well I read this book that described us as onions. We have so many layers to who we are and how we reacte and all our emotions. It just stuck. It made sense. One day I am (or at least think I am) a sophisticated career-minded young woman, and the next I am a peed on, dribbled on house-wife/mom. All with a longing to SHOP!!
So what book was it? Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert
I loved the book and now have my heart set on traveling to Italy to one day stuff myself silly with the best pasta I can find as well as travel to India and study in an ashram. “I want a spiritual teacher!”
