don’t believe the hype
So rumors have spread that Debra Messing and Cameron Diaz have dropped Zoe as their stylist due to Zoe’s show. Well some publications are saying that this rumor is false (via celebtv.com):
Rumors that Rachel Zoe had lost some her star power are “inaccurate” according to a rep for the celebrity stylist.
“Rachel is still very much working with Debra and Cameron,” Zoe’s rep confirmed to People after reports surfaced that Debra Messing and Cameron Diaz had fired Rachel as their stylist.
Sources have claimed that some of Zoe’s A-list clients, including Diaz and Messing, have been unhappy with her performance as a stylist, and that she is focusing too much on her own career.
However insiders close to the super-skinny stylist tell the mag, “that’s not true”, adding that her number one passion is still her clients.
“Styling is still her number one priority. Despite anything else she does, she is a stylist first and foremost.”
“She’s still holding people’s trains and sewing them into their dress. That’s her priority.”

so depressing
I see that a lot of the stores are now putting out their spring lines. Warm weather wont hit here until mid june…or at least what I consider warm! These are some great finds though:
booty call
I have been looking for a gray suede boot with a wood heel since November. Haven’t found the right one. These are a contender though. Charlotte Ronson suede boots from Planet Blue.

and then there were three
Pictured below Naomi Nevitt, Camille of Childhood Flames, and Elana Fishman; i found on teen vogue’s fashion week coverage. That Katy Rodriguez jacket is amazing and her shoes. On the left is Naomi Nevitt and she is wearing these H&M wedges. I have seen this in a couple of street images and have not seen them in any H&M store!

3.1 Phillip Lim
Some of the looks I wasnt so grand on, the very retro burnt sienna pant suit just wasnt sitting well with me. The below shots are the ones I liked, it has a very vintage art deco feel to it. I like. I also love some of the animal print shoes thrown in.

bootilicious
Have a new addition to my ever growing shoe closet. I found these boots on endless.com and postedabout them a while back. Well just like it was christmas or something, I was contacted by the company London Underground and I was able to order direct from them. The shoes arrived and I could not be more thrilled. I really really love them. I wasnt sure what to wear with them today so I did blue jeans first and then went to black and threw on a poncho (how else can you get away with wrapping yourself in a blanket all day).
I had been looking for a boot or ankle boot with a wood heel and I really like the natural wood on these. They’re the perfect heel height for everyday wear. Comfy and sturdy cuase stilettos in cleveland snow and ice just doesnt cut it! One of the things I like about them is the zipper pull. Its actually a crow (i think), and they’re leather uppers. It sucks when companies want top dollar for some cheap pleather piece of crap. And, these are nicely lined! Oh, and they come with a great box thats made for shoe storage and a really cool pouch that is big enough for books, laptop, couple bottles of booze…. ha…
and sorry about picture quality, still playing with this new camera and all its settings.

the pink slip
This idea is brilliant. Its something that I always like, the layering effect, but just never put 2 and 2 together to do it myself. Your slip is showing beat me to it. This has to be the easiest way to transform skirts and dresses into a completely different look.
This would be a great DIY project as well.
